I wish everyone in the US Happy 4th of July!I know many of you will be attending cookouts today... enjoy! I'm having the family over for some good 'ole Maine lobster... ayuh! Of course we'll be throwing a few burgers on the grill too because I don't like lobster. I know- how can a girl born an raised in Maine not love lobster? ...go figure. It's never been a taste I enjoy- now fried clams on the other hand- that's my idea of a Maine summertime seafood feast.
I heard fireworks from my back porch last night, but couldn't see them. They must have been a few towns over. Maybe I'll venture out for fireworks tonight... depending on how late we party...
