You know how it is... sometimes life gets really hectic and we detour away from our daily routines just to keep up. So it has been with this blog. I haven't been here much in the past few weeks. Hopefully I will be able to change all that in the near future.I've been really hectic with clients- seems the New Year happened and many people were ready to jump in head first and get a handle on their lives. Intuitive readings are happening, but so many more people are opting in for intuitive counseling programs. It's as I have always explained, 'consistency is the key'. (I need to take my own advice in the blog!!)
If you have set your intention to reach a particular goal for yourself, or you are tired of every day being the same, habits and old emotional patterns running your life- then it's time to get to work! Clearing your inner path is much easier than it sounds. It simply means learning how to sort. Sorting is a process of identifying what you are holding/carrying and then determining whether it remains useful and of service to you for your future. It's amazing how much 'junk' we carry that has outlived its usefulness, and should have been released long ago.
Intuitive counseling involves learning how to identify and sort what is happening within you. Once identified, patterns begin to fall away because you choose not to feed them any longer, or allow them power over you. "Taking your power back", or self-empowering, is a process and a journey. It does not happen overnight. However, intuitive counseling can give you the tools, the awareness and the 'know how' to idenitfy things for yourself, learn how to recognize 'red flags' and how to handle these different circumstances in your life and your relationships. It means stepping up to the plate in your life and choosing to make changes. It is a powerful gift to give yourself. One in which will serve you for your entire life.
The skills you gain can be transfered into everyday living, your relationships and family dynamic, even your workplace. You learn sorting skills, how to idenitfy emotional patterns and methods for transformation. All in all, it is a life changing experience.
Many clients who work through intuitive counseling or 'process work' experience a new level of self confidence, determination and trust within themselves and their own abilities to make better choices, decisions and create healthy relationships. It's truly a beautiful and inspiring thing to witness. I love my work and seeing the personal power that clients find within themselves is my passion. I enjoy seeing people make huge leaps and bounds in changing their life circumstances... especially going on to experience the joy that comes from owning their personal power.
Needless to say, these are the many people I have been working with.
But, I will do my best to get back to blogging more regularly...
